Authority driven paralegal services built on trust
KWC Paralegal LLP was founded to protect individuals and families from legal injustice and bureaucratic overreach. Our firm is built on decades of real world experience within the Ontario legal and enforcement system.
We understand how intimidating legal processes can be, especially when you are facing courts, tribunals, or regulatory bodies. Our role is to guide, defend, and advocate for you with professionalism and confidence.
I’ve spent over 35 years serving as a police officer, finishing my career as a Sergeant. During that time, I had the privilege of teaching at the Ontario Police College and working in both the Drug Unit and the Crime Unit, where I gained extensive experience in investigations and courtroom procedures.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the Conservation Act and Drainage Act. I’m passionate about standing up for landowners and citizens who’ve been treated unfairly by bureaucracy or misuse of authority. That passion is what led me into paralegal work — to continue defending people and making sure justice is served.
More recently, I’ve earned credentials in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, expanding my ability to help clients resolve conflicts fairly and efficiently.
I’ve gained hands-on experience working with Provincial Offences, Small Claims Court, and Landlord and Tenant Board matters, helping clients navigate their disputes efficiently and with confidence.
Before moving into this field, I spent several years in customer service, where I learned the value of clear communication and a genuinely client-focused approach. That background continues to shape how I work today — ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and informed throughout the process.
I take pride in being approachable and easy to talk to, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and ensuring every step is handled properly. My goal is to help clients move through the legal system with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
I assist landlords, tenants, and individuals with a wide range of legal matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board, Administrative Tribunals, Small Claims Court, and, in summary criminal and provincial offence cases. I provide skilled representation from start to finish — preparing applications, drafting legal documents, organizing evidence, and advocating for clients at hearings and negotiations.
With a strong background in property management, I bring practical insight into the everyday challenges that lead to legal disputes. This experience allows me to offer real-world solutions that balance efficiency, fairness, and results.
My approach is client-focused and service-driven — built on clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional excellence. I take pride in guiding clients confidently through the legal process, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and well-represented every step of the way.
Backed by many years of real-world experience, including extensive work with commercial trucking and motor vehicle matters, I bring a thoughtful and diligent approach to every client matter. I am skilled in legal research and have strong knowledge of Highway Traffic Act offences, allowing me to provide clear, informed guidance across a wide range of cases.
My focus is on helping clients understand how the legal system applies to their situation and identifying the best pathways forward to achieve practical, effective results.
